Delivery information
At Aura, we strive to dispatch your hamper as quickly as possible,
typically within 48 hours of order confirmation. However, in unforeseen
circumstances, delays may occur. If this happens, we will promptly contact you
with an update and our plan to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please note that this may not apply when specific dispatch or delivery
dates have been requested and agreed at point of oder.
We primarily use our delivery partners Royal Mail 24 or DPD but may use
alternative couriers if necessary to ensure efficient and reliable service.
Delivery costs are quoted directly by our courier partners based on
parcel weight and size, with no additional fees or markups added by Aura.
If your parcel does not arrive as expected or if you experience any
delivery-related issues, please contact Aura Customer Care as your first point
of assistance on chat@aurabaskets.com . We Will do everything we can to resolve any issues, within our contol, however in certain cases it may be necessary for the buyer to liaise directly with the courier.
Allergens
Our hampers may contain products that include (but are not limited to) nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, sulphites, wheat, and other common allergens.
As we do not manufacture the food and drink products ourselves, all items are pre-packaged and labelled by their respective manufacturers.
While we strive to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Please carefully check individual product labels before consumption.
Terms & Conditions
At Aura, we take great pride in curating high-quality, bespoke hampers and baskets, featuring carefully selected food and drink items from reputable suppliers.
By purchasing and consuming any items within our hampers, you acknowledge and
agree to the following terms:
Customers are responsible for checking expiry dates before consuming any items.
Any items requiring refrigeration after opening must be stored as per the manufacturer’s recommendation to maintain quality and safety.
We do not accept responsibility for the consumption of products past their expiration date.
If you have any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or allergies, please consult a medical professional before consuming any items.
Aura cannot be held liable for:
Any adverse reactions or illnesses resulting from the consumption
of food or beverages in our hampers.
Allergic reactions or other health concerns.
Improper storage or handling of food and drink after delivery.
Misinterpretation of ingredient lists or allergen warnings.
Any damage, loss, or injury caused by consuming items incorrectly
or against manufacturer guidelines.
The buyer and/or recipient acknowledges that consumption of all products is at their own risk.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read all product labels and verify ingredient safety before consuming.
The buyer must be over 18 years of age to purchase any hamper containing alcoholic beverages.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with UK alcohol laws when gifting hampers containing alcohol to recipients.
